Return/Exchange/refund policy
RETURNS Policies:
All returns must be returned within seven 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused,unwash condition, with all original tags and labels attached with original invoice.
We reserve the right not to accept return of products which we believe are being returned after use, washed or soiled.
Shipping Charges and COD charges charged at the time of placing the order is non- refundable.
Condideration points:
1) Return request needs to be within 7 days of the delivery date.
2) Your Pickup will be done in 2-3 working days.
3) In case you receive a damaged / defective product, we should be notified within 24 hours of delivery. Also, we request you to email us a photograph of the damaged/ defective product. In case you fail to intimate about the same, return might not be processed.
4) All returns and exchanges initiated because of any reason other than damaged/wrong products shipped by us,the shipping charge will be non-refundable
5) The refund is subject to your returns met the above conditions else returns will not be accepted.
6) Items purchased under discount are not eligible for return or exchange. All sales are final.
Exchange Policies:
We are trying hard to serve your order to your appropriate products and sizes. In case if you received the wrong product or it’s unfit to your size, you can exchange your product within 7 days of delivery.(Subjective to order exchange charges is taken)
Your Pickup will be arranged by SoHype within 2-3 working days of your request.
All Products must be unused, unwashed and returned with the original packing & tags when we receive it.
In case, the order does not meet the above conditions exchange request will not be processed and your order will be sent back to your picked up address.
In case of an exchange, if the size is not available, you can place a refund request which will proceed as refund policy. No other product can be exchanged on behalf of the same.

You may only return non-discounted & non-offer & non Sale products (without any kind of discount, Sale or offers applied), most new, unopened and packed in original packing with all tags within 3 days of delivery. To return your item you need to ship the product to our address within 3-4 days of delivery. Once we receive the product, we will refund your amount deducting Rs.100 within 48 hours. 1. If you cancel the Order, the full amount will be refunded
to you includes shipping charges and COD charges if any.
2. If you return the product, shipping charges and COD
charges charged at the time while placing the order will be deducted.
3. Prepaid Orders: The amount will be refunded to the same
account from which the order has been placed. Once we received the product, the
amount will be processed in 1-2 working days. Your money will be reflected in
your account in 5-7 working days.
4. COD Orders: Will recive a coupon code worth the same as
your order value which valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
Cancellation Policies
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
You must first receive and then return the order if you want to cancel an
already-shipped item.
